Investigation on Safety Dynamic Evolution Mechanism of a Distributed Low Carbon Manufacturing System with Large Time Delay

چکیده

In order to reveal the inducing factors and safety dynamic evolution mechanism of frequent personal injury accidents under a low carbon manufacturing process, nonlinear model distributed system with large time delay is established. The established then verified by simulation results from mathematical analysis evolution. Moreover, qualitative on trend human–machine process investigated. Finally, an application case studied. key are as follows: (1) There four regions, namely area I, deterioration II, asymptotically stable III, enhancement IV ability in interaction carelessness levels; (2) two singularities man–machine process; (3) equilibrium points El = (0, 0) E2 (0.5333, 0.2489), while changes level have serious block effect development time; (4) For radial tire casing technological good, but structure management slightly lower levels. This work provides theoretical basis for evaluation control delay.
